Hurrah for spring!
On Friday of this week (6th) I shall be hosting the next in my series of popular Demonstration & Tasting lunches. As a result of drop outs, I have a couple of places remaining in case anyone is free for lunch on Friday. The theme for my lunch is “refresh your repertoire”. I will be demonstrating a range of exciting but relatively quick and easy dishes to add to your usual week day menus and some “treat’ dishes to delight friends, family and distinguished guests alike.
Therefore, my menu this week, reflects the dishes which I will be showcasing at Friday’s lunch. As such it is a little different to my usual menu – no soup and no salad instead focussing on supper dishes (with a few delicious desserts for good measure).
So here it is:
– Coq au vin tray bake
– Baked cod & coriander relish parcel
– Cauliflower, coconut, cashew & pea curry
(£10 for 2, £18 for 4 and £4ph for more)
– Sticky pineapple, chilli & mint
– Baked plums in damson gin
(£8 for 2, £14 for 4 and £3 ph for more)
Please contact me in your usual way to place your order by 5pm on Tuesday 3 March. Orders will be available for collection on the afternoon of Thursday 5th or I will be making deliveries to Duncombe School on the morning of Friday 6th.
